Village Architect is currently working with ELM Interiors to deliver a beautiful renovation in Norman Park. With an exceptional eye for detail the owner’s had a desire to turn this house into a liveable gem. ELM Interiors have crafted an exquisite palette of materials to complement an intelligent and thoughtful adaption of the planning. 

The renovation also utilises clever tweaks to the planning to maximise the light and air that is able to penetrate deeper into the plan. A carefully located new stair void creates a stronger connection between upstairs and down to elevate the social nature of the living spaces and facilitate connected family living.

Delivered during an incredibly difficult period of Covid lockdowns, supply chain disruptions and rampant inflation, Piat Constructions have been able to professionally and expertly guide a skilled team of contractors to deliver an exceptional outcome.
